Scientific Beef Grading System

Caliral S.A offers a scientific grading process for their beef based on seven factors that affect red meat’s quality. Their Master Graders hand-select the beef and ensure it meets high standards of taste, tenderness, and juiciness. The beef is aged for at least 21 days, and a standardized grading system is used to ensure accuracy. Carcass weight and specific EQ factors are considered in the grading process.
